Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your Poppy's purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are more than welcome to return it for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If store credit is chosen, it will expire within 1 year of the issue date. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All online returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the 15 days have passed since the date of delivery, we will be unable to offer you any exchanges or returns.

Online In store pick ups need to be picked up within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during the time period. After the 15 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns.

Please note, our in store purchases have a different return policy, where you have 10 days for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process:

To return an item when you are not near our store front, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please mail your return to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method or purchasing shipping insurance to mail your return back to insure we receive your return.

Refunds/Store Credits:

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please indicate whether you want a refund or store credit on your packing slip or once we contact you, please let us know how to process your return. Once approved, your return will be processed. Please allow at least three days from the date we receive the item to process your return.

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  


If you received an item as a gift, you must indicate that this was a gift to you. If not, the return will be processed through the gift giver. When the return is indicated as a gift, store credit will be issued to the receiver. Again, store credits are valid for up to 1 year.

Special Orders:

See something you love that isn't available in your size? Most vendors allow for special orders! Contact us and we will see if the item is available. If so, we can ship it to the store for pick up or ship it directly to you for a $15 shipping fee. All special orders are FINAL SALE and additional shipping charges will apply.
