Online Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are more than welcome to return it. Please note, if you chose “in store pick up” or “local delivery” when checking out, the return policy is different. See below for more information on our return policy.
In Store Pick Up and Local Delivery Returns:
In store pick ups and local delivery orders need to be picked up within 10 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during the time period. Within those 10 days, you can only return your purchase for store credit or exchange only. After the 10 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.
Please note: If your address is within 20 miles of the store, the return policy reflects our in store return policy no matter if you had your order delivered. Our return policy is based on customers who can be at the store to try on clothing and for those who cannot. You have 10 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during the time period. Within those 10 days, you can only return your purchase for store credit or exchange only. After the 10 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.
Return Process for Orders that Have Been Shipped:
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. If the 10 days have passed since the date of delivery, we will be unable to offer you any exchanges or returns.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please mail your return to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method or purchase shipping insurance to mail your return back to ensure we receive your return.
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please indicate whether you want a refund back to the form of payment you used or an online store credit on your packing slip. If not, we will contact you to see how to process your return. Please note, if store credit is chosen, it will expire within 1 year of the issue date. Once approved, your return will be processed. Please allow at least three days from the date we receive the item to process your return.

Gifts:
If you received an item as a gift, you must indicate that this was a gift to you. If not, the return will be processed through the gift giver. When the return is indicated as a gift, store credit will be issued to the receiver. Again, store credits are valid for up to 1 year.
Holiday Return Policy:
Our Holiday return policy starts on November 15, 2024. Gifts that have been purchased on this day, those gifts can be exchanged or the receiver can get store credit up until January 15, 2025. Items must be mailed back prior or arrive on January 15, 2025 the latest. Anything returned after will be final sale and cannot be returned.
Special Orders:
See something you love that isn't available in your size? Most vendors allow for special orders! Contact us and we will see if the item is available. If so, we can ship it to the store for pick up or ship it directly to you for a $15 shipping fee. Please note: All special orders are FINAL SALE, additional shipping charges will apply since it is a one-off order, and we charge your card ahead of time.
